Thank you for choosing WundrLyte for your hydration needs. Our commitment at Wundr is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you’re not entirely happy with your WundrLyte hydrogen water bottle, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges.

Return and Refund Period

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return, refund or exchange for your WundrLyte hydrogen water bottle. We will not offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your date of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your WundrLyte bottle must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Defective or Damaged Bottles

At Wundr, we strive for the highest quality in our WundrLyte hydrogen water bottles. However, if you receive a bottle that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we are committed to making it right.

Complete Refund for Defective/Damaged Items

  • If your WundrLyte bottle arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a full refund for the item.
  • To process a refund for a defective or damaged item, we require proof via images. This not only helps us understand the issue but also allows us to relay this information to our supplier to prevent future occurrences.

How to Report a Defective or Damaged Bottle

  1. Take Clear Photos: Please take clear, well-lit photos of the defective or damaged bottle, showing the issue clearly.
  2. Email Us: Send the photos to us at info@wundr.us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Return Process: Upon review and confirmation of the defect or damage, we will initiate the return process and provide you with all the necessary details.
  4. Refund: Once the return is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by a defective or damaged bottle and appreciate your help in improving our quality control processes.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@wundr.us.

Exchanges

We also replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your WundrLyte bottle for the same item, email us at support@wundr.us and send your item to our return address.
